We offer tailored support to suit your organisation’s needs – whether you’re reviewing data protection practices, preparing for an audit, or training staff on GDPR essentials.

In addition to data protection, we also provide expert guidance on evaluation frameworks, impact reporting, and audience and visitor research – helping cultural teams turn insight into meaningful change.

Kate is currently on retainer with the Royal Shakespeare Company, and previously spent 18 years at The Lowry, leading visitor insights, marketing, and research.
