We have been working with Manchester Jewish Museum since 2021 to support them with their on-going visitor research. Working from the evaluation framework, we created a survey wireframe that has allowed us to evidence their visitor experience in a meaningful way. We have also been on hand to provide support as new sector data collections e.g., Illuminate have been introduced, giving Manchester Jewish Museum confidence that the new reporting requirements are being integrated with their existing collections correctly.

We began working with Motorsport Tickets in 2021 to help them understand their customers and what their drivers are (no pun intended). We created and launched a research programme, delivered in six different languages, that includes an annual in-depth customer survey, as well as event-specific experience surveys that are sent to attenders immediately post-event. In addition to capturing valuable customer satisfaction scores that actively feed into their business KPIs, the insights from the research help Motorsport Tickets gain a richer understanding of their customer base, which in turn shapes their marketing strategy. Now in its third year, we are expanding the research programme to include another arm of their business, Motorsport Travel Destinations, with an overall aim to drive business growth and increased engagement.
