Manchester Jewish Museum

Since 2021, we’ve supported Manchester Jewish Museum with ongoing audience and visitor research tailored to their evaluation framework. We designed a bespoke survey wireframe to capture meaningful insights into visitor experience, and continue to provide responsive support as new sector-wide data collections – including Illuminate – are introduced. Our approach ensures new reporting requirements are integrated smoothly with existing datasets, giving the museum confidence in the consistency and impact of their audience research.

I’ve been regularly working with Kate for a couple of years now. Motorsport Events

Since 2021, we’ve partnered with Motorsport Events to deliver multilingual audience and visitor research that deepens their understanding of customer motivations and satisfaction. The research programme includes an annual in-depth customer survey and event-specific experience surveys sent immediately post-attendance – capturing valuable insights that feed directly into business KPIs. These findings shape marketing strategy, support segmentation, and strengthen customer engagement. Now in its fourth year, the programme is expanding to include Motorsport Travel Destinations, with a focus on driving growth and enhancing audience insight across the wider business.

It’s been great working with Kate. Brought in to help us across three projects areas, including the creation of our first ever annual survey, cleaning of existing data and a positioning document around the associated need for a CRM.
